I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the entire LaRue experienceI do want to say that many years ago I went in to the store when I was first furnishing my new home and left due to extreme pressure from the salesmanHowever, I recently decided to give them another tryI'm thrilled I did! I feel so lucky to have met Neil, one of the designers, who asked if I wanted his honest opinion, which I said I didHe showed me pieces that fit what I was envisioning in my head and I purchased a dining room table, chairs and an expensive sculpture for the table topNeil forced me to think "out of the box" and I'm so thrilled I went with his adviceTruly the dining set is a work of art! There was a slight issue with the table base and the sculpture which they quickly switched outMary Chris in Customer Service is a pleasure to deal with and Neil is now my "go to" guy for furniture designI'm so happy I decided to give LaRue another chance as they have proven to be a very reliable company that stands behind what they sell
