As a Open-mesh user, I answered their email to upgrade to Datto. I got nothing but double talk and problems. I wanted to be a partner but in spite of of their ads, it is next to impossible to accomplish. Not recommended, nothing but a hassle.

Review: I have purchase 2 Backup Solutions From Datto, Inc, but since I implemented these devices in my clients I been having problems with them not backing up data properly, I reached to Datto support few times but kept the problems were never fixed. Datto advertise these as backup and disaster solutions from small business but they dont work as advertised. I wasted time and energy trying to work with them to fix the issues.I would like to return there devices and receive full refund of the fees I have been paying them.Desired Settlement: I would like to return there devices and receive full refund of the fees I have been paying them.
