in the attachment file you have you will see a letter I sent to the [redacted]'s explaining why they were charged the fees for the charge back of her dishwasher purchase.  you will notice that we had called and set up the dishwasher install b4 the date she called her c.c. company and cxled...

payment for the dishwasher.  this cancelling of the c.c. payment after we had already set up the install was confusing to us. I explained to Mrs. about the fees involved with the canceling of the charges and then explained that I would be charging her for those fees, she said to me that I would have to do what I have to do. this is time line of conversations and the conversations we had with her and why she is being charged for those fees.
