Taxes for 2011 and 2012 not filed. She has all of our records and isn't returning calls. Failed to file quarterlies and federal taxes for payroll.
[redacted] has been our personal and business accountant for years. She is not returning our calls or texts and has all of our records. She told us she was filing our taxes for 2012 and stopped contact with us a few weeks before the deadline. We also received a letter from the IRS stating that our 2011 taxes weren't filed, even though we did the paperwork with her. She has missed several payrolls for our employees. We also discovered that she didn't file the quarterlies for the last quarter of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013. We also found that federal taxes weren't matched for our employees on payroll. She also didn't send out our employee W2's until 6 weeks past the deadline.
