I’m assuming this house address was the address provided by Sally as the business address. She also stated she is still contemplating on what she will do about the threat.  She told my husband she was working on the receipt and will send it to his email address. Receipt was received by email at 11:58 on 10/16/2017. Giving a receipt to a customer should be normal business practice. I should not have to go through this trouble for a receipt of the payment I paid for services rendered. Thank You[redacted]

Over the weekend our plumbing was backed up and we contacted them on Monday to please come out. When other plumbers have came to service us for the same issue, they run the snake 2-3 times. This guy ran it once and then left without checking to see if it was fixed. Then later that night sewage came from up from the toilet and bathtubs. We then called them back and were given the run around and told someone will come out to look at it again. NO ONE came back to help.... we called the next day both my husband and mother and my husband was ignored and my mom got someone on the phone because she called from another number, we were told someone will be out in 24 hours, NO ONE CAME OUT. Now today, I called and spoke with the owners wife and told her this is not the way business should be conducted, we have 3 kids and are unable to use the restrooms or shower. She said someone will be out to help and yet.... not one came . This is horrible and I never had an experience like this.
