Tell [redacted] I said he's cheap , tell him stay out of my shopStop harrrasing me

When he came in my shop he complained at the price I came down dollars ** *** did not want to pay full price for services All my work is a plus parts , plus labor The part cost more than the dollars I already came down He refused to pay even less than half the parts He is cheap He sqeaks when he walks I told him to stay out of my shop take his bIzz elsewhere Folks like him put shops out of bizzthe cost for his repair should have been $175.00 65.00 25.00 equalls$265.00plus tax22.86 I could have added more for parts I didn't ,those costs are what I payed.I have the right to make on the parts also. Again he can stay out of my shop , He needs to adjust the pendelum for the temp in his home I now consider this harassment .He should stay away from me my shop Go to Riverhead when he needs whatever There was no talking to him It was his way only , no discussion So stay out of my shop the way I see it I'm out from $minus his payment of equals $plus $refunded totaling $No good deed goes unpunished So much for being a nice guy He has taught me a lesson No more lowering price for any one *** *** *** ,Watchmaker , Clockmaker certified

This *** puts nothing in writing, his prices are arbitrary & capricious, no fees or charges are displayed in a public way in his shop, no inventory of the timepieces I gave him was provided, no receipt or written guarantee was suppliedThere was no evidence of what he paid for partsAs far as I know, they may have been used or refurbished parts??? He seems to conduct his "business" on the fly, from the seat of his pants, or whatever he surmises the customer will pay or what he can fast-talk or swindle from the customerWhen I challenged his EXTRA, padded charges, after we made a gentleman's agreement and I paid in FULL before the work of repairs was even started, he became ballistic: cursed, raised his voice, threatened to call the police if I didn't leave his make-shift shop, and referred to one of my timepieces as " * *** ** ***"This behavior was all nonprofessional and manipulative and meant to degrade me fdor which iI am owed an apologyHe needs to be mandated to display his fees for service and provide in writing receipts for goods received with charges stated and a written warranty or you are letting the consumer be at the mercy of his greed and unethical whims

Review: This [redacted]/business did not issue an invoice/inventory of the 4 timepieces I gave to be repaired.His prices were arbitrary and did not specify what each piece would cost to repair. It took two months to have the items repaired and one watch was given back not repaired with no offer to reimburse me. The [redacted] harassed me for additional charges for parts though the original agreement was if I paid in full at the time I gave him the timepieces, that would be the final charges. His warranty for the repairs is verbal and not in writing. When I received the final repaired item and requested reimbursement for the watch that was not repaired, he became verbally abusive and threatening. I would like a written warranty for all the repaired items and an apology for his unprofessional behavior.Desired Settlement: Some written statement that the 4 items were repaired by him and the terms of his warranty. This business should also be made to post visibly in the store what the charges are for repairs and services and give a written invoice.
