The dollar
amonts he is claiming is totaly falseThere are reviews of what amount of work was done per a dollar amount HE came up with and it is so false.Not even closeWe will be sending this to our attorney for arronius statements.Actually we want to thank him for posting a dollar amount that he came up with and stating what was done because we are able to prove otherwise and this helps prove the point

I am rejecting this response because: I paid *** $11,as the firat payment on our contract and got a small area of flagstone flooring, a base for a table and PART of a base for my grillI had another mason look at the job and he said it was about $worth of work I had another mason say that the bases were done incorrectly *** did not follow through with our contract, and left the job as it is in the pictures

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with [redacted] on 12/9/17 and he indicated that he is willing to honor my request but not until early January.  I indicated that in addition to the refund that it needed to include the lien release from the subcontractor or payment to me so that I can pay them directly.  He asked that I send the information to his attorney.  I indicated that I appreciated his willingness to rectify the situation but that based on prior unfulfilled promises made by him in the past, that I didn't hold the latest promise in high regard.  He indicated that he sued a customer for non-payment on a project he had worked on allegedly around $80,000 and that once he gets the money he'll pay me.  Again, not holding my breath on his latest promise for payment.  I sent the information [redacted] requested (breakdown of items to be refunded and invoice from subcontractor) on 12/12/17 to his attorney as requested.
