I called them because of a burst water pipe due to cold weather told them on phone what it would entail that the pipe was difficult to access, they showed up and upon seeing what had to be done they said they were too busy to do it that day and would call me the next day, without taking my phone number they rushed out the door, had to call a different plumber, who fixed it within an hour after accessing pipe which took twenty minutes , would definitely not recommend them to anyone, if they did not want do do the job they should have just said so very unprofessional

These guys were awsome Broken water main Larry and AJ showed up and didnt leave my side until I had water again The work was also giving hands up by the regional water company they said "nice work these guys did" I have never seen such dedication and patience and honesty as a consumer I give this company a They will have my business for a life time Thanks guys

In my experience, Dauntless does not respond promptly to calls for service. If Dauntless does respond and makes an appointment, it probably does not the keep appointment and does not call to say what the problem is. When it does keep an appointment to diagnose a problem and give a quote, it never gives the quote. I don't know why I have called them more than once; I will not call them again.

I selected this company only because they were located in Branford and this is where I needed plumbing service performed
I called and left a message, 10 or 15 minutes later a guy named Steve called me back I explained the issue and we then set up a time and date for Friday June 26, 2015 between 4 and 6 pm
to make a long story short HE NEVER SHOWED UP, HE NEVER CALLED AND
HE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALLS
I could have called another plumber if you were unable to show up. at least have the moral dignity and maturity to call or even send a text if you don't have the maturity to talk to the person based on this first time experience with this company don't waste your time calling them, there are plenty of plumbers out there call someone else
