The client did purchase in percent silver at a discounted price, it was disclosed to client that it would take additional time than because of where the coins were coming from After disclosure of longer than shipping time client agreed to purchase coins, client did call a couple times to see how fast his order would come We had no new information and client got impatient, when coins did arrive, there was a problem with clients address We shipped coins but they went to wrong person We informed client we were waiting for coins to be returned and would ship them a.s.a.p Client got mad and said this was unacceptable and that we should have extra coins available The company then tried to reassure the clients shipping concernHe then made an ultimatum; ship them by Friday or my friends in Wisconsin will deal with you Again the situation was explained to the client; in the meantime we got his coins back, ready to be shipped Attempts to reach him were unsuccessful We needed to confirm his address Also we needed to know if he would be home to sign for package, we do this with all outgoing shipments Even after the delay we still upheld the original shipping agreement Customers can request a refund in writing We checked our call log the last time customer called us was the Friday before he filed this complaint The time of call was p.mafter business hours and no message was left Also no one from our company ever told the client that we can ship when we want to and there’s nothing you can do about it We did everything on our end of the deal we said we would do We are processing a refund check for 3,a full refund We believe the client complaint is unjust; we expect customers to keep their end of a transaction and not make statements that could damage the credibility of our company He could have called us directly during business hours and got his coins shipped or issued a refund We are committed to customer service, and will always serve any customer to the best of our ability as long as they don't change the terms of what our company is humanly capable of providing We disclose and discuss shipping with each client for this very reason! If he would have contacted us during business hours or sent us a written request for a refund we would have started processing the refund for him as stated under our websites refund policy If you are able to reach the client, please have him call us and we can get this all wrapped up

This is our response. We tried to respond on the last email we got but the Revdex.com closed the complaint after days and did not allow the days for response as was stated we had in the complaint itself

Last December, two strangers left my year old father's house with all of his precious metals and gem stones he has worked hard to save all his life for his retirement These two drove off with approx$50,worth of precious metals and gem stones The minimal documentation they left behind was for DAV Precious Metals Long story short, it has been nearly a year of hounding them relentlessly to effect, at this point, a return of about half of what they walked away with last December On the rare occasion they do ship something, it comes with absolutely zero documentation--I get more documentation when I buy a paperback on Amazon The rarely answer the phone and you can't leave a message because the box is always full They talk a very good game but they never produce They prey on the elderly and have made this past year a living hell for my year old father who foolishly trusted the DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS NO MATTER WHAT!

Clients refund was processed before he complained on the 14th of july, he was impatient getting his order and now he's impatient getting his refund We have a standard day refund policy (as do most firms, including the big
firms on TV like Rosland capital), the client knows that He is complaining now (after threatening to defame and bury our company) because he thinks it will speed up the process, but it wont There is no complaint here, we informed the client his refund is being processed! The client knew that! He will however wait like everyone else till his refund is complete to get his funds, client also knows that We post our policies clear as day online, as well as discuss our policies with potential clients and clients that do business with our firm, thank you!

My Complaint has not been resolved because I have not received the refund.  The message they sent in response to the complaint said I would receive the money by October 30 by bank check.  Today is Nov 1 and I have not received it.  They had previously told me on Oct 13 to watch the mail for a refund check.  I have received nothing.
To settle the complaint I want the full amount of $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) refunded by certified check and sent to me by certified mail.

Yes, I have been told I would get a refund. I have not received any refund. The coin order was placed the
end of May. I was told I would get the coins 3 different times and never received any coins. After a month
I told the company I would Like a refund if they could not deliver the coins. I was told a refund would be processed.
That was  3 and 1/2 weeks ago and I still do not have a refund. The company can state that it takes a month to process
a refund but I do not accept that as a fair time frame since they could not deliver the coins in the time frame they
told me.

Our response is no different we stand behind our policy, client will receive funds shortly! And again 100 percent refund and no restocking fee.  We are in constant contact with client but he will probably continue to complain until he he gets funds in his account, which again will be very soon!      Our policy works, we have to wait for our supplier to refund us, so he can be refunded, that's  the reason we have the wait!  But again it's clearly posted online, and disussed with our clients, before a decision to purchase from us is ever made!

no message was left.  Also no one from our company ever told the client that we can ship when
we want to and there’s nothing you can do about it.  We did everything on
our end of the deal we said we would do.  We are processing a refund check
for 3,600 a full refund.
We believe the client complaint is unjust; we expect customers to keep
their end of a transaction and not make false statements that could damage the

I am writing to let you know that we have sent payment for this refund already but the complaint continued.  Our response now is that I am sending out his final refund today.  Fedex Tracking number is [redacted].   You can track the payment to his door.  I feel this was a bogus complaint and someone is playing games but it isn't us.  We try to work with our clients and resolve everything fairly, to keep our clients happy.
