I have checked into the client issues and have found the following.Concern: On 5-4-the vehicle was brought in with a low coolant reservoir.Correction: It was pressure tested and there were no leaks foundWe topped off coolant.No ChargeConcern: On 6-1-the vehicle was brought in with Check
engine light due to hard shiftCorrection: Cleaned throttle plates and intake to clean carbonFuel ServiceNo ChargeConcern: On 8-10-Check engine light is on-Turbo issue?(client suggested)Concern: Change Oil and Lubricate Chassis, Rotate Tires Concern: When going through a drive through and step on the brakes the vehicle will not stop.Correction: One hour diagnostics, change oil filter and rotate, lubeScanned and found PCM, MAP Sensor, Brake Booster, Catalytic Converter, need to be repaired, and Warranty for the Turbo ChargerClient declined all but diagnostic, and oil change, and rotate, and lube. Charged AccordinglyConcern: On 8-25-Client would like us to do Warranty work on the Turbo Charger.Correction: Turbo Charger replaced.No Charge to Client, Warranty.Short time after the client picked up their car, she called and said there was some smoke and she was coming back and our writer said to come on inThe client pulled into the building turned off the vehicle The family member behind her was very upsetThere was some slight burn off on the catalytic converterInside our building there was no Police, Fire Dept., or Doctors, not even a fire extinguisher used on this car or in this situationThe clients’ mechanic came in the next day with flashlight in hand and found no damage(We did check for oil residue where we deliver the cars and there was noneThe part failed after it left).Correction: We replaced failed return line, detailed car and returned after she took our loaner car.About a week later she called about the car not running well and wanted all her money back or she would smear us on lineAll the parts and work done on this vehicle was by her mechanic (step dad)except what I’ve noted aboveWe are very concerned about all of our clients, and the quality of our workWe tried to offer solutions but she declinesWe wish her the best!

Mr. [redacted] is a Kansas resident which means vehicles from that state (Kansas) only have a rear license plate. In the state of Missouri we have front and rear plates (state law) that are screwed to the front bumper either with a frame holder or screwed to the bumper depending on the original owner...

We have reached out to the previous client to retrieve a second key for Mr. [redacted], however a little patience would be helpful. In any event it has what the vehicle had when it was sold and delivered to him. .
