I was given a quote of $an hr and will not accept inflating the bill by adding additional costs NOTHING was ever mentioned that there would be an extra cost for the second person whom I might add did nothing but follow the other person around and screw in screws!!!! The tech in the beginning only estimated the time the work would take and in reality it took only hrs including their 1/hr trip to get the tools!!!! I did tell the tech when he was here that I disapproved of the charges (extra person $and 1/hr charge for getting tools $47.50) but as a yr old woman, I was not about to confront men and jeopardize my personal safety which is why I paid the bill when the job was done Immediately the next day, I went over to the company office to speak to the owner but he wasn't thereWhen he called me days later he was very rude and didn't even know my particular situation He alluded to a foundation that the tech drilled at my house No such thing occurred He was not at my house to be privy to what the tech told me or obviously what was done Since their techs arrive in a large company van, the techs should come to a home to fix a problem with the necessary tools ***I called this company because of the Revdex.com seal on their ads.*** I would be willing to compromise and accept a credit of $for the extra hourly charge that was added over and above the $an hr charge quoted to me That means I would still be paying for the 1/hr charged to me to pick up tools

I was given a quote of $95 an hr and will not accept inflating the bill by adding additional costs.  NOTHING was ever mentioned that there would be an extra cost for the second person whom I might add did nothing but follow the other person around and screw in 2 screws!!!!   The tech in the beginning only estimated the time the work would take and in reality it took only 2 hrs including their 1/2 hr trip to get the tools!!!!   I did tell the tech when he was here that I disapproved of the charges (extra person $47.50 and 1/2 hr charge for getting tools $47.50) but as a 75 yr old woman, I was not about to confront 2 men and jeopardize my personal safety which is why I paid the bill when the job was done.  Immediately the next day, I went over to the company office to speak to the owner but he wasn't there.
