Called Dave Droegkamp in Hartland because my A/C was blowing air but it wasn't cold. A few hours later "Joe" came out. He was here about an hour, spending more time with the outdoor unit. Turns out the mice had made a mess INSIDE the unit and along with it, sufficient damage to the machine. I was so impressed with how Joe handled this call...he took me outside and showed me everything he dug out of the machine as well as the pieces that needed to be replaced (which he did). The last company would have told me I needed a new A/C system. As my unit is 20 years old, I will be buying a new unit within the year but after this experience I will be calling Joe back to buy and install it. My sense is that he is genuinely nice and honest. Much appreciated.
Although the timing of the repairman's arrival got pushed back from early to late, that sometimes happens, and they were responsive and apologetic. The work they performed was fast, efficient and at a fair price. Loved that the repairman put on covers over his shoes when walking through my carpeted bedroom! So polite -- all of them. Well done.
Very pleasant, courteous, and professional people at Dave Droegkamp Heating and Air Conditioning. Work was performed well. I did have one issue, and to their credit they carefully reviewed my concerns and corrected it. I became a happy customer!
My entire experience with Dave Droegkamp Heating has been overwhelmingly positive! Every person I dealt with has exceeded my expectations. My salesperson was very helpful in explaining not only what I needed for home, but WHY. The installation crew was timely, clean, and able to answer all of my questions. And the billing department was friendly and wonderful to work with.
Our air conditioner went out over the weekend. We called first thing Monday morning and they were able to accommodate us and get the issue fixed within a short period of time. Monday was also one of the hottest days and I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant so their help was greatly appreciated. I wish there were more businesses that treated customers this was. The technician was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
