Dave Hallman Hyundai

RE: IDDear Ms.,On April 4, 2017 Mr. and Mrs. leased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, VIN# ***, from Dave Hallman Hyundai under a pull ahead lease program offered through Hyundai Motor Finance. The program requires us to make one payment in the amount of $322.53 on the previous leased unit, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra VIN#***. The check was issued April 7th and sent to Hyundai Motor America, however, the payment was applied to the new lease in error. The applied amount would have resulted in the customer not owing a payment on their new lease.After contact from Mr. and Mrs., we agreed to issue a check for $978.80 to cover the remaining payments on the previous lease. This was mailed to HMF 12/19/18. The check cleared our account 12/27/18.Based on the letter received from you, we contacted HMF to determine what amounts were applied and to further assist Mr. and Mrs., we issued a check for $322.53 and sent it overnight to HMF 1/19/18. We have requested a letter from Hyundai Motor Finance stating the removal of any delinquent reference regarding their credit.
