this is [redacted] at Aamco transmissionWe were unable to find any leaks in [redacted] 's radiator However, we replaced the radiator today at no charge in order to make sure that there are no issues with the radiator I feel like this issue has been completely resolved to the satisfaction of [redacted] and her husband [redacted] ..Thank you [redacted]

I want to be thorough, so the full details of our experience follow the key-points, which are: - If All About Care doesn't know how to work with reimbursements for recalls, they should not accept work for recalled materials- On November 10, OVER EIGHT MONTHS after work was done, All About Care cut us a check for $We paid $for the part and laborWe should have received AT LEAST $for the part that was recalledIf All About Care marked up the part, we shouldn't have had to eat that cost- Dustin told us, "Be assured that if and/or when you do get [your money] back it will come straight back to youIt will not come to me to be redistributed." The check we received this week was cut by All About Care, so really, we have no idea how much was even actually reimbursed for the part and labor- From the time when the work was done (in March 2016) until we finally received our reimbursement this week (November 2016), we went weeks and months (four months at one point) at a time without hearing anything from All About Care regarding thisAll About Care had gotten our money so we were no longer their priorityMy husband and I have had a really frustrating experience with All About CareI'm surprised that we've received such poor service since my husband's brother and the owner, Dustin, have been friends for a long timeTheir relationship is why we trusted All About Care in the first place, so this has been disappointingBefore contacting All About Care, we contacted the manufacturer (Rheem) of our air handler because a part in it had been recalledRheem told us the recall covered reimbursement for the entire cost of the part and a portion of the labor to replace the partThey told us we would need to go through a distributor (we chose All About Care) to actually replace the partIn February my husband called Dustin to see if they could replace the part for usHe let Dustin know our situation and gave him the information about the recallAs the distributor, it was going to be All About Care's responsibility to secure the reimbursement for us since Rheem won't reimburse directly to a consumerIn early March 2016, someone from All About Care came to our house to replace the partAn invoice came a few days later and my husband called that day to pay itI told him we should wait until we got the reimbursement but he trusted that All About Care would come through for us quicklyWe assumed it might take some time for this to be resolved, but after almost months of silence, my husband checked in with Dustin (on April 26, 2016) by text message, asking if he knew when the reimbursement would come throughAfter no response for or days, my husband called Dustin (he didn't answer) at which point Dustin finally texted him back (on April 29, 2016)My husband asked again for an update (since we still hadn't heard ANYTHING from them), and Dustin said that when he tried to call his parts supplier, Neal, he was out of the officeThis sounded to us like Dustin had either called Neal months before, after the work was done, and then forgot about us, or that he had forgotten about us from the start, and had just tried to call Neal for the first time that week after my husband checked in with him on April Dustin said he would try to get in touch with Neal again on Monday, May A week passed, and my husband followed up with Dustin again on May Again, we received no responseA month passed, and my husband followed up with Dustin AGAIN on June Dustin got back to us on June saying that he had left the parts supplier, Neal, another messageSo what we are hearing at this point is that after over months, All About Care hasn't even completed the first step in the process of facilitating our reimbursementMy husband followed up again on June and we received a response on June when Dustin informed us that Neal was now gone on a honeymoon vacationAt this point, Dustin went into a long explanation about how neither he nor Neal had dealt with something like this before and basically, passing the buck onto Rheem (he also said it was out of his control)FOUR MONTHS passed and on October 11, 2016, my husband followed up with DustinA week passed with no response, so my husband followed up again, when Dustin let us know that "some funds" had been securedThis sounds to me like for those four months, we were, yet again, forgottenIt sounds like Dustin only followed up with Neal again after my husband reached out on October On November 10, OVER EIGHT MONTHS after the work was done, All About Care cut us a check for $We paid $for the part and laborWe should have received AT LEAST $for the part that was recalledIf All About Care marked up the part, we shouldn't have had to eat that costThis experience has just been really terrible, and we will never use All About Care againWe didn’t get hardly any of our money back, but at least we’re done dealing with these people*Side note, Elizabeth in the office was the only person who ever seemed concerned about helping usThanks, Elizabeth

Contacted them to handle a request for service on an A/C unit installed. Not only did they NOT show up, they never called back. Even after many, many attempts on my part to contact them. I did more than $10K worth of business with them. On other work, I had a REPUTABLE HVAC company fix their MIS-INSTALLED issues. They are just plain SHAMEFUL!
For your own good, stay away from these people.
FYI: You can't explain away your issues with shameful attempts to mislead people. It appears the more work you do, the deeper the whole you dig.......
