Overcharged and job not complete I am years oldA womanI had a flat tire and could not change it myselfI called them to come and fix the tireThey were less than two miles awayThey put my spare tire onIt is years old and hard as a rockDid not fix my tire and put it back onAll it needed was a plugThey charged me $to do this!!! I feel robbedThis is my complaintNow I can't go anywhere on this tireI am scaredI don't have anyone to fix it and put it back onNow I have to pay someone ELSE to do itI want my money backOr at least half of it
I got a Uhaul truck and tow dolly from this location and the guy didn't install my car properly and it fell off into a gutter in Louisianna
After being told that Uhaul was not responsible for any damages to my car because the entire dolly didn't come off, they told me that my insurance had to cover any damagesThey said it was my responsibility to check the dolly when I was never told that by any oneI would like for them to refund my money because that situation could have been bad since the guy never installed the chains to the control arms of the carThey did not install the car to the dolly correctly and they are saying that it is my fault my car fell off
