I could debate these allegations and carry it a step further but this isn't the forum for such a debateI will say that I did not demean anyone's nameMr*** claimed to be both affiliated with the Revdex.com and *** and both organizations claimed that that was not the caseI would say that such behavior is not exactly a glowing endorsement of one's characterActually, Mr*** has not hesitated to demean his own subcontractors and venders for the many shortcomings the job has incurredI have never stated that Mr*** cannot come over to repair our issuesHe sent one of his workers by in Late July to repair a doorHe was unable to complete the job and we haven't heard from anyone sinceI would caution anyone doing business with Mr*** to thoroughly go through the contractEven if an item expressly says that a duty will be performed, it may not mean that to Mr***Also, be prepared to do some general contacting yourselfI didn't expect to be unloading hardwood, contracting with HVAC installations, fireplace installation, and floor installationAlso, get receipts and ask for itemized creditsOh, and when Mr *** orders windows for you, be sure to mention that you may want to open them someday so please include screens as well Put EVERYTHING in writing! That includes every conversationLuckily, I saved mine so that when it is reviewed in the upcoming litigation, those conversations along with the contract should provide for more than enough evidence on our behalf

This letter is my response to the complaint filed by a "Mr*** ***"In no way does this company reflect this mischaracterization stated by the homeownerWe have been in business for eighteen years with a stellar record providing quality work for our communityWhat the homeowner does not
share in his complaint is that he failed to make proper outlined contract payments resulting in a punch list of items not being finished, our paperwork is very clear and I have offered and provided documentation to him in which he deniesWe have also offered on two occasions to come back and complete any reasonable unfinished work or reasonable creditsWe have not be offered any reasonable chance to do this other than receiving letters demeaning my character, unsubstantiated comments about my work and the unreasonable request to eliminate a legitimate bill altogetherHe has forced us to seek legal action to resolve and protect our interests, which is currently in progress and with confidence that my good name will be fully vindicated
