Dave Jones, Inc.

I hired Dave Jones to install my HVAC for my new home. The staff were very friendly, professional, and consulted me throughout the process. Not only did they complete all of the work as contracted, but they also anticipated all of my future needs for my basement finish. Three years after the initial build, I hired them to come back and complete the work for the basement finish. Again, they exceeded my expectations and completed the work ahead of schedule. I would recommend Dave Jones to all of my friends and family.

Did a wonderful job. They were very polite, cleaned up any mess and explained everything they were doing.

On 6/2/2016, Bob from Dave Jones, Inc. installed my kitchen sink. He did a wonderful job, got the work completed in half the time estimated, and was a pleasure to work with. Dave Jones was very sensitive to my needs and exceeded my expectations.

I moved into my new home in August of 2013. I have had multiple issues with Dave Jones; it has been an awful experience. Some of their plumbers are good to work with, but others were very rude to me. The first problem was a leaking drain in the basement bathroom. Once the problem was fixed, it leaked again. That issue got resolved in acceptable time. However, the inside of the vanity is permanently damaged. The second issue happened in May of 2014. While I was asleep a toilet valve broke and flooded the bathroom on the second story leaking into the two levels below it in a matter of 8 hours. The valves were recalled and Dave Jones got a notice September 2014 stating "immediate action required" in which all toilet valves needed to be replaced (4 bathrooms).
Meanwhile the hardwood floor was damaged and needed to be fixed/replaced. By December 31, 2014 the valves were still not replaced and a second toilet valve leaked (main level toilet). A plumber was sent the next business day. The leak was fixed but by days end another leak was caused by the fix requiring another plumber to fix it (temporary fixes). In February 2015 the water damaged hardwood floor was fixed (sanded and sealed) while I was on vacation. Dave Jones was responsible for moving the toilet and sink for the floor work. Their plumber set a toilet on the carpet while I was gone for that week. A different plumber came back to reinstall the toilet. He picked it up/ tipped the toilet not knowing it had water in it and it spilled all over the carpet. He proceeded to put the toilet back into place along with the sink. The next morning I discovered the plumber had hooked up the cold/hot water on the wrong side. He returned the next day to fix the problem. To this point the "immediate action required" hasn't taken place. February 27th the same toilet leaked yet again this time worse (while I was gone for dinner). The newly refinished floor was already sopping wet with water and buckled. The valves have yet to be replaced since the original leak in May of 2014 (today is Feb 28, 2015). Every day I come home from work dreading what I might find next from the disaster Dave Jones has left me with in the newly constructed home.
