In regards to complaint ID 11531733, [redacted] P. customer's statement. I responded to Mrs. P. service complaint the 5th of July. I found the Internet at the side of the mobile home was working and found no problems with our service. I then had Andy P. to come outside and I showed him that our Internet...
was hooked up and working at the side of his mobile home. I then informed him that he probably had some existing problems with the wiring or old splitters under his mobile home. If he wanted our company to have a service tech come out and replace his old wiring or splitters, I would have to charge him a service call, time and materials. Andy then went over to the crawl space door and moved some tools and equipment. Andy then opened the crawl space door. At that time we could see a combination of DirectTV splitters that were inserted into his cable that was not being used. At that time I removed the Direct TV's four-way splitter and the six-way splitter. His son then checked the modem service in the house. He came back and told me the Internet was working now. After working on his service call, I told Andy P. if you have anymore problems please call me. He then thanked me and I left.On July 7th I called Mrs. P., I only got her voicemail. I went ahead and left a message, that if she had any problems, please call me.Respectfully,[redacted] Communication Services
