In regards to complaint ID 11531733, [redacted] Pcustomer's statementI responded to MrsPservice complaint the 5th of JulyI found the Internet at the side of the mobile home was working and found no problems with our serviceI then had Andy Pto come outside and I showed him that our Internet was hooked up and working at the side of his mobile homeI then informed him that he probably had some existing problems with the wiring or old splitters under his mobile homeIf he wanted our company to have a service tech come out and replace his old wiring or splitters, I would have to charge him a service call, time and materialsAndy then went over to the crawl space door and moved some tools and equipmentAndy then opened the crawl space doorAt that time we could see a combination of DirectTV splitters that were inserted into his cable that was not being usedAt that time I removed the Direct TV's four-way splitter and the six-way splitterHis son then checked the modem service in the houseHe came back and told me the Internet was working nowAfter working on his service call, I told Andy Pif you have anymore problems please call meHe then thanked me and I left.On July 7th I called MrsP., I only got her voicemailI went ahead and left a message, that if she had any problems, please call me.Respectfully, [redacted] H [redacted] Communication Services
