and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This has not been resolved. I was in contact with Aaron last week but we haven't  been able to come to an agreement on the terms on which he will come and complete the work. And he was planning on coming out on Sunday but did not come out.

Revdex.com spoke to Joan at business and the following was relayed:Aaron had called and spoke with the customer. Mr. [redacted] would only accept Aaron coming out to do the work on a Sunday. Aaron finally agreed but customer called back and requested an additional 20% discount on top of working on a Sunday. Aaron said absolutely not and offered him instead to apply a 20% discount to his bill and the customer would be responsible for their own work. The customer paid the final bill with the 20% discount applied. Aaron made every effort to resolve this, it is now settled.
