They charge me on my credit card without sending me the laptop I orderedThey then deny charging it on my credit cardI talked to three people on the phoneThey said they did not charge itI had to dispute it through my credit card companyIt is ridiculousThey are not supposed to charge me on my credit card without sending me the itemMy recent order page says, my order was " Completed." I have a defective lap that is two months old and after visits/appointments worn the Microsoft store in west edmonton I am no closet to getting a replacement laptop

Similar to another complaint. I ordered a laptop from their microsoftstore.com site on December 6th. I received an email the same day notifying me that my order has shipped and was provided with a tracking number from [redacted]. Following the tracking number it said the label was created and it would be [redacted] 2 day. It is now December 12th and the tracking at [redacted] still says "label created". In contacting their 1-877 number and their online chat assistance, I am informed that the laptop should arrive by December 15th. That is, if they have it in stock. I'm struggling with this as I was notified it was shipped (which means it was in stock) and am now being told I will receive it by December 15th - if it is in stock. I then looked at their website and it says the laptop is out of stock. I am completely bewildered by this as it was a promotion as part if their "12 Days of Deals". You would think they would have enough inventory on hand. Or at least contact you if they have no stock. Of course my credit card has been charged and I do not have the product.
