I toke my car in to get work on my transmisson ( for the third time), I was not told that their business was in a high crime area and all four of my tires plus rims were stolen off my car I found out at that time they do not carry insurance for the cars in their lot In order to get my transmission worked on, I had to by four new tires from [redacted] without insurance this matter will not happen againI have filed a police report on this matter (# [redacted] )I feel this business should be held accountable for the lost of my tires and rims Why should not have to bare the total financial costsPlus the tires that were stolen, were new and now I am forced to buy another new set just to get my car worked on

I recently had my Toyota Camry's transmission completely rebuilt at B&M Transmission
I cannot say enough good things about Ben, Don and the rest of the staff regarding the great care and quality craftsmanship given to me and my car These guys went above and beyond what I have experienced before with other service shops
I would highly recommend this shop and these guys for any mechanical services you may needI am very thankful they were recommend to me and will be using them for any future repairs I may need

Don't waste your time on this place, they can't do anything because they act like they are so busy that they can't get to your car in hrs doing something that should be quickThe person in the front desk it's extremely rude if your give your point of how UNHAPPY you are with them doing NOTHING she just want to argue with you, instead of apologizing like a good businessPlus she's clue less about their business and inefficient to answer simple questions

Well, you decide in April I called to talk to [redacted] at B and M Transmission's. I felt my 2007 jeep had a neutral safety switch issue. He told me to bring it in and he would run a diagnostic. The problem I was having was the first start of the morning my jeep would just click. When I put it into gear it would click faster then whirl into action.

I dropped my jeep off [redacted] did the diagnostic and confirmed it was the neutral safety switch. 674.00 dollars and a day later I drove my jeep home. I get up the next day start my jeep click, click , click and same problem, the jeep won't start. I video tape it to show [redacted].
[redacted] says bring it in so I do. Later that day I am told by the mechanic there was a clip loose he fixed it and all is well. But because my jeep only has this problem first thing in the morning I can't tell if it is fixed I can just pray.
Next morning I start my jeep and click, click, click, doing the same thing! I video tape it this time no matter what gear I put the jeep in it only goes click, click,click. I wait a little while call [redacted] and they tell me to bring it in.
On Tuesday I bring in my jeep the mechanic puts it on the hand machine to read the code and says to me my battery is really low? Well, my battery is 5 years old so it is a possibility.. I ask him could this have been the problem he says no, the neutral safety switch won't drain the battery, but talks to me about the fuse box.
I leave to get a battery. I go to the battery shop and low and behold my battery is dead. I buy a new battery. The shop attendant also tells me that if the battery was dying it would not be because of the neutral safety switch.

The next day and every other day my jeep starts with no problems on the first attemp so I call [redacted] and I ask him if he feels that maybe his diagnostic was not right and maybe it was the battery all along, because the last issue the jeep would not start in any gear which would not coinside with safety switch. [redacted] said no he stood by his diagnosis, it was just a coincidence that the battery died too.
So I ended up paying 674$ for the neutral safety switch which did not fix the problem, and 89$ on a battery that did fix the problem??????

I don't know what to think did I pay to fix something that wasn't the issue I'm not sure.

[redacted] and his lead tech where very knowledgeable and answered all my question with easy. They where patient and understanding with my difficult transmission issue. I would recommend B & M transmission to family and friends.

I dropped my 1997 Toyota 4runner off at B&M transmission on 1/23/15. I was getting a transmission replaced due to a mechanical failure. I got my vehicle back on 1/29/15 and all seemed well. on my way home I stopped to fill up my gas tank, and noticed that my radiator hoses were both leaking. The shop was supposed to do a coolant flush, so I assumed they just left the clamps a little loose, and I fixed that myself when I got home. I then discovered that my coolant recovery tank was full of sludge, the sludge that they had allegedly flushed out of the system. I removed the tank, bought a new uncontaminated one, and re installed it myself.
on 1/31/15 I got stuck in a snow storm traveling back from Denver and discovered that my 4 wheel drive was not working. This made for a very bad drive in this snow storm as the vehicle was not the easiest to drive without 4wd. I called B&M transmission at 9am on 2/2/15 to let them know I had an issue and needed to bring the vehicle back in for service. I was told someone would call me back asap. no apologies from the lady on the phone, It seemed as if she couldn't care less that they had made a mistake on my vehicle.

As of 1pm that same day (2/2/15) I called back as I had yet to hear back from anyone at B&M transmission. I once again got the rude secretary, who finally took it upon herself to go get one of the owners to talk to me. I got to speak with with[redacted]. With still not even so much as an apology for the inconvenience,[redacted] told me to just bring it back and they will "take a look" to see if they did anything wrong.

I had to leave work early to get my vehicle back to B&M before 5pm, because it seemed like it was too much to ask of them to stay a little late to satisfy an upset customer. When I arrived to drop off the truck I got the absolute pleasure of dealing with [redacted], one of the most, if not the most unprofessional "business owners" I have ever dealt with. [redacted] is simply rude, ignorant, arrogant and has no customer service skills whatsoever. [redacted] flat out refused at first to even so much as look at my vehicle, because he felt that I wouldn't "just shut up" and let him talk, and he felt I was irate.

Then comes the best part, [redacted] dialed 911 and had the police come because he said I was being "irate". The police arrived and nothing was done, as I was not in the wrong at all. I never swore, threatened or made any physical threats towards anyone to justify them calling the police on me.

I feel that B&M transmission should reimburse me at least $100 as a refund for the alleged coolant flush, as well as the time I lost at work having to go there twice to drop off and pick up my truck after their mistake.
