My Complaint was about the company not forwarding the proper documents to my wifeAlso changing the website because no one but the person applying should fill it out, and it should be offered in multiple languages to accommodate the individualHippa is just an excuse...if not then no one should be able to fill out an application online or sent documentsIf they can enter Spanish on there automated messages; then they can implement other languages as wellSince I submitted the app without the hippa obstruction; there shouldn't be any other issuesIn fact to date my wife still has not received her ID cardOr the other requested documents ie hippa form that I will be filling out for my wife so that I will have permission to address her issues through this company
Please accept my apology for the delay in responding to MrHorne's rebuttal.I attempted to call the number listed [redacted] but received a message that the number was invalid.In order to provide a response to this complaint we need to identify the member so that we can access her Health Net records.We have ways to identify a member by full name and date of birth or by their Health Net member ID#.Once we have that information we will be able to create a formal grievance case and provide a written response to the member.Thank you
Mr [redacted] has benefit coverage under the Health Net Ruby Select plan, which is a Medicare Advantage planTherefore, we follow the Medicare A&G guidelines for processing a member complaintMedicare allows days for the health plan to resolve a member complaintThis complaint was received by Health Net on 9/25/so a response must be sent to the member no later then 10/25/
