If we had the authority we would fix the hood, roof, windshield, etcand have Ford Motor Company reimburse us under warrantyThese "defects" were not on the vehicle at delivery therefore it is a Ford Motor Company decision not a dealer decision.They require pre-approval for any paint workThey denied the warranty claim we submitted with approximately photos attached "due to impact from stone/road debris" per their responseWe have asked a Ford Motor Company representative to meet with Mr [redacted] in person and we're waiting for a confirmation date and timeThis is similar to what happens when you have an automobile accident and you contact your insurance company for coverageWe can do the repair but not until authorized by the insurance company In this instance we can do the repair but not until authorized by Ford Motor Company
