I am rejecting this response because: The company has contacted me, but what they are offering is not acceptable. They are still holding to the fact
that they do not know what happened in the first transaction and that they were told by their Ford dealership that they had sold me a vehicle and that they were handling it. I was contacted by an internet sales associate after I had went online to see if there was anything at Dave Sinclair Ford had that could have been traded with Dave Sinclair Lincoln since they were all in one network. During the interaction with the Ford dealership I had mention what had happened at the Lincoln dealership. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and they have traded vehicles to get the one I wanted. I was told that what happened was not their practice and that they would have someone to contact me from the Ford dealership to see exactly what I was looking for and have them look for me a vehicle. A sales associated called me and I told him what I was looking for and I have not heard from him since either. Since my complaint, the Lincoln dealership has offered me another vehicle, which is to my liking, but is has double the miles of my original purchase so therefore I asked if they could certify or extend the warranty to some degree on the vehicle, and I would like to purchase at the price I was offered on the first vehicle. I was told by the salesman that he could not certify the vehicle but he would like for me to come in and take a look at it. I will be visiting the Lincoln dealership on this weekend to take a look at the vehicle in person and ask to see a Vehicle Fax Report on it because their is not one listed online and their Auto Check option keeps giving an error message saying that it has been reported and they are working on fixing it. I am hoping that we can come to some sort of agreement at some point. I thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in trying to resolve this matter
