Regarding your letter dated November 8, Ms [redacted] formerly of Newland AveJamestown, NY is in no way shape, or form entitled to any compensation from this dealershipI will recap the events and present you with evidence of her fraud, property damage and scam that she additionally tried to perpetrate at another dealership in the region after we had to go retrieve our car that she put 2,miles on the vehicle while lying to us that I her father in law was going to co-sign for her and misleading us about her whereabouts and the I vehicles whereabouts for more than a weekI spoke to her personally on Thursday November 2, and she stated she was in Florida, then claimed she was on her way backThe she stated that she had flown thereA call to her employer produced the fact that she had been working during the time she said she was in Florida She did not "return" the car to usShe stated it was in her father's garage and she would return from Florida on Monday but had no response when I asked how she was on her way back yet wouldn't arrive until Monday? We found the jeep after looking for it and notifying the police on street in Jamestown after a Jamestown Police Officer informed us that she had moved fut of her residence with no forwarding addressAs for the vehicle being returned "in good shape" according to her texti, the attached picture ·I shows a marijuana pipe with marijuana present in it and a burn hole in the carpet that is picturedWe turned that evidence over to Detective M [redacted] of the Jamestown Narcotics divisionWith the mileage that will cause us a substantial loss in resale value, having to get new carpet and having to completely recondition the inside to try to eliminate the Marijuana smell that was present we are out more than and that is only considering that the mileage cost to us at mile as outlined by Chrysler in their lease valuations The cost of loss is yet to be determined because we still have not been able to sell the vehicle The complainant's vehicle was worth and we will proceed with collection action to offset our full loss once the vehicle is sold.In closing, I would be very happy to speak with the Revdex.com at any point in regard to this matter

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that this vehicle was actual purchased under Lake County Dodge, in 2010, the company that the consumer is complaining about is a new company started June 4, 2014.  The company has been working with this consumer.  The company towed the vehicle in at...

their expense by 3rd party tower.  The consumer's vehicle was actually seen today and seven codes, P1790, P868, P1775, P731, P733, P734 were cleared from the consumer's vehicle.  The tech does note there is a sound in transmission.  At this time we have continued to work with this consumer.
