I dropped my car off to them at 10amWhen I scheduled my appointment days earlier they told me they were behind and it would take at the most hoursI called and I received no response they kept transferring meFinally I called at 7pm and I kept calling until someone actually told me what was going on instead of transferring me to every voicemailGoing on I finally receive a response from someone who may know something and the tell me they have no clue what's wrong and he doesn't want to steer me wrongI let him know hey you've had the car all day I have no way now to get to the vehicle and I need to be to workHe told me they were about to close, which shows they never once thought about even contacting meThey planned on keeping my car the whole night, like people don't have jobs or somethingAfter bickering and getting nowhere, which mind you this is not

I was led to believe by both advertisement and by my salesperson that the van I purchased had options that it didn't havethe van I purchased is a chrysler town and countryIwas told that it had rain sensing wipers, blind spot monitoring and bluetooth hands free stereothe first two items arent a big deal, but the whole reason I bought it was because my wife wants the bluetoothWhen I told my salesman how much it's going to cost me to add the necessaary hardware and the fact that I have to take it to chrysler to reprogram the computer, he didn't seem that concerneddays purchasing the van, I found out that the transmission need rebuilt and it has a bad computerIn the first week of ownership of this 93k vehicle, I've spent over $in repairsNot including the bluetooth fiascoI've contacted my salesperson, the Used car manager and the general manageri have yet to receive any help with this

I had previously leased a vehicle through DWCWhen the lease was due to end in July of this year, it was my intention to buy the carOn June 23, I made an appointment with DWCAfter a number of hours going through the process, I did sign a paper stating that I would be doing the loan for my car through Huntington Bank (hereafter referred to as HB) and I did put some money down towards the price of that loan
After signing the contract I learned with my good credit rating, I could get a much better rate with a loan through my personal credit unionI contacted my credit union and was told I needed to get the "buy back" amount from HB
I called the HB location in PerrysburgTalking
We were quoted one amount for a vehicle repair and then charged $more than we were quoted We were not informed of the increased cost
