My car loan was processed after I had been told it would not because of a proof of address issue without any change to the information I had provided I am writing in reference to my recent experience with Dave White Chevrolet on [redacted] in [redacted] (hereafter referred to as DWC) I had previously leased a vehicle through DWCWhen the lease was due to end in July of this year, it was my intention to buy the carOn June 23, I made an appointment with DWCAfter a number of hours going through the process, I did sign a paper stating that I would be doing the loan for my car through Huntington Bank (hereafter referred to as HB) and I did put some money down towards the price of that loan After signing the contract I learned with my good credit rating, I could get a much better rate with a loan through my personal credit unionI contacted my credit union and was told I needed to get the "buy back" amount from HB I called the HB location in PerrysburgTalking
There customer service is quite bad. They care less about taking care of the customer or keeping them up to date. I dropped my car off to them at 10am. When I scheduled my appointment 2 days earlier they told me they were behind and it would take at the most 2 hours. I called and I received no response they kept transferring me. Finally I called at 7pm and I kept calling until someone actually told me what was going on instead of transferring me to every voicemail. Going on 745 I finally receive a response from someone who may know something and the tell me they have no clue what's wrong and he doesn't want to steer me wrong. I let him know hey you've had the car all day I have no way now to get to the vehicle and I need to be to work. He told me they were about to close, which shows they never once thought about even contacting me. They planned on keeping my car the whole night, like people don't have jobs or something. After bickering and getting nowhere, which mind you this is not
Poor Customer Service Buyer Beware I purchased a car from Dave White Chevy on Monroe Street in Sylvania, Ohio on Saturday May 27th I bought a Chevy Cruze for 20,plus all the fees and tax (23,563.29)The sales man [redacted] told us that the sale would end on WednesdayHe said I was getting a really great dealThe car was a new with 2,milesIt was used as a loaner for their customers that were getting work doneHe stated it qualifies for a NEW car and will receive all the warrantiesI took the car home Saturday eveningI had trouble seeing over the hood and this causes me perception issuesI didn't like the way it drove, it shuts off every time you stopHowever, the dealer was closed on Sunday and Monday for the holidayMy husband called the dealership on Tuesday (the next business day), and explained how dissatisfied I was with the purchaseThey told us to come in and they would work with usThey offered us 15,and we purchased it for 20,Satu
