Not only do they charge 2-3 times more for the warranty items, but they have not ONCE contacted me to find out if I was happy with my purchase. I found most of the sales reps were arrogant. ( by the way I never saw a female sales rep ).
Also, I found them to be misleading, bearing on dishonest with me. and this can be verified with my credit union. I truly believe they took advantage of me - being a woman.
I have since gotten out from under their contract, thank God.
I will be saving my Dave Wright contract in a drawer so I can show others in the future.
Ms. Drahos i'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We spend a great deal of time training our staff and frankly we demand they treat our guests with the respect they deserve. We do in fact have female salespeople, i'm sorry you you didn't meet one.
