this shop is telling information.what I stated is accurate if they was never under hood then why do I have the part they took off showing me where the pressure burst it at as you see on the photos enclosed there is no rust as they stated.the guy Chris who they say don't work there is a African American male with long dreaded hair.I spoke with ray who is also African American gentlemen.there was another guy who searched online and made calls to get the part once they located the part and seen the price and the work that had to be done I got the runaround I was there till pm from amas shown on paper the prices changed.it also shows the hrs and the part number but they never went under hood.I stood there while the guy tried to patch it because he complained how they messed it up and want him ti mess with it to get the blame.he kept telling me I can go in till he finished I said no and he showed me the part and how all the idling split it .they canopen.and he kept saying why did he do that.and the guy knew he did wrong he avoided me and others.like a kid when they has done wrong.all I wants is my car fixed.like it was when I came.my brother in law knows all of them he was with me telling them what they was wrong oh soon as Dave come back because he left before I came in assuming because they say he went home sick.and they would discuss it with him ad I stated no one reached out I would not have stayed hrs if there wasn't a problem.I wants my car in the same good running conditions it was before I cameor I will do a lawsuit and let the lawyers handle it
