Dear Revdex.com,As far as title delay...it is our policy that titles do not get mailed out until payment clears and AFTER vehicle is removed from our property (via buyer or shipper)...this is for insurance purposesThe title was mailed priority mail to buyer the day after shipper picked up vehicle.....that was the Christmas Holiday/Christmas eve and title was sent 12/26.....obviously it got delayed an additional 2-because of holidays.As far as the supposed mechanical issues, the truck was a high mileage truck advertised and sold at auction and clearly advertised and sold AS-SBuyer knew this before buyingEnclosed please find a copy of the auctions adThere was no issue with truck upon leaving our possession or at anytime we have owned itNo warranty was implied or stated at anytime.Thank you, Dave G

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it's obvious that they turned off the light before shipping the truck to me.So what I'm crying about is that even in a AS IS sale on should expect the vehicle last at least a month! especially after spending $6,for the vehicle!This place deserves a F in the better business rating!! and if he is not willing to at least partially compensate me for defective truck he sold me, I will have to pursue other legal options! 2/22/17In reference to complaint ID [redacted]:I, once again, apologize for the delay in this person receiving his title..... it was over the Christmas/New Years season and things obviously were delayed.....but...he received title and has the title in his possession, So I am very unclear what he is still crying about.As far as his other gripes.....the vehicle was sold as is, no warranty and no issues upon leaving our possession. There were not any check engine lights on before or after the sale, while it was in our possession and the buyer did not make us aware of any check engine light on when he received the truck. You have copies of the advertisement and ebay auction ad....sold as-is, no warranty.Thank you, David G
