Dear Sir,I apologize for the confusionI have not received any type of message regarding this matterI will research immediately and refund the $if validPlease provide me with more informationWhich location did you visit? Do you have a receipt? What is the license plate number to the vehicle washed and overcharged; we track all vehicles by license plate numbers? If the card was swiped only once it should only debit once; was there an issue at the register the day you were over charged? If you will provide this information, I will respond quickly to resolve the mistakeI am not sure what happened, we have never had this happen.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

You basically got a free month and we didn't charge you until the second month of your enrollmentI don't understand why you want total refund when you did use the service and admit you had no charge the first monthThe program does require the customer to contact me by fax, email or phone to cancel; all directions and contact info is also detailed in the information form I will accept this message as a cancellation request and will cancel your plan, but not able to refund the amount prior to cancelation noticeI will refund July but not May or JuneThat is more than fair We would be foolish to enroll customers in this program and not charge them at allWe are a business and that program is a fantastic programI am sorry you misunderstood what you were signing up for but there is always a manager on siteWhen we are busy with other customers we can not always answer the phone but all messages are returned and the phone is answered in the order of received callI personally monitor this and know it is fact Please read the information form you received when you joined the 'unlimited monthly club'Why would we need credit cars info if we had no intentions to charge your account? Seems to me that is evidence that this is to be a recurring chargeIf it were not a recurring charge we would not need payment info I will make sure your account is canceled and you will not be charged in the future [redacted] [redacted]

Please allow this to stand as my formal rely top this complaint I have reviewed the damage claim filed by [redacted] and complaint filed with the Revdex.comPlease see attached waiver that is posted on all menus, signs on site and every customer receiptWe are not able to be liable for these types of damages; there are too many intangiblesAge of vehicle, condition of vehicle and potential existing damageA vehicle lives in the natural elements, expanding and contracting with the change of weather and parts, especially plastics and unprotected metals, break down over timeIn order for a gas cap to be opened and then removed from a vehicle in my wash, there would have to be am existing issueI am more than willing to work together for a fair resolution for all involved, however we are not responsible for the cost of damageAgain, I am willing to discuss resolution and willing to be helpful in any way possible

The receipt states clearly that there are certain things that are not covered by the business and that they are not held liable for those damagesWindshields are included on that list, this is provided to the customer on the receipt but is also stated by the register
before a purchase is madeIn this case this type of damage is not something covered

*** ***'s complaint is not valid or warranted in any wayHis vehicle had existing damage prior to visiting our car washWe have researched the incident and reviewed his vehicle during the wash process on our security surveillance camerasDave's Auto Spa did not damage his vehicleI would enjoy resolving the matter with *** *** but he has been impossible during the processFirstly, his actions at the time of alleged damage was out of control and unacceptable; vulgar language to the young cashier, manager and other employees on siteHe has threatened my employees as well as verbally abused themI did agree to meet with *** *** to help resolve his issue but realized I could not help him because of his intentions and demeanorAfter he threatened my staff and my businessHe stated he would be contacting is attorney and I agreed that would be the best path to a fair resolutionI always intend to satisfy my customers but we are not able to resolve the matter without help from a third party.
If Dave's Auto Spa was responsible for damages his vehicle, I would gladly pay for repair cost; likely would have paid for the repairs regardless, simply to satisfy a customerConversations with *** *** have not allowed us to get to that point in the processAt this time our business attorney is ready and eager to help resolve the situationI cannot allow threats to my staff nor myself so I am not willing to work directly with *** ***.

They lost our key fob When I was finally able to contact the manager ( Jeff M*** ) he cussed me out on the phone Like it was our faultWe didn't vacuum up the key fob their employee didSo it has cost us $to replace the key fobWith only a cussing out by their managerWILL NEVER GO TO DAVE'S AUTO SPA AGAIN !!!!

I was also told on a separate phone conversation that you would be given my name and number and I should be expecting a call from you momentarily, of which I never received. I emailed both of the *** * *** email addresses from your website and left my number on a direct email to you. This was weeks ago. I have called the bank and they have credited my account so there is no monetary resolution on your part. It took me submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com in order to hear from you. As a business owner I would make sure that my employees are getting their customers' messages to you in a timely, efficient manner

As I have contacted Dave's Auto Spa, at least, times by phone, three times in person, and two emails and have been told the manager will contact me I have spoke with *** and *** The manager has not done this to date So I dispute that this business is willing to discuss resolution One call would have resolved this issue
