Good morning and sorry for the delay.Mr*** *** brought his vehicle into our shop on 9/15/for a check engine light condition, we repaired that issue and cleared the codesDuring the test drive we noticed noise coming from the right front wheel bearingMr*** said he had noticed
the noise and authorized the repairA few days later Mr*** came by the shop and said there was some noise coming from the right front wheel, we immediately pulled the vehicle in the shop and checked the torque on the bearing and all the fastenersWe then had Mr*** test drive the car and he reported all was wellWe asked him to let us know if it made the noise again and if it did we would dis assemble and replace the bearing againWe hadn't heard back from himWe are sorry about his inconvenience and bad experience he had in our shop, and we are willing to refund the bearing job in full $
