There was only one payment the was made to the wrong account, we have another customer with a similar name who's payment is almost $less then [redacted] paymentAll other payment have been posted to her accountOur system does not allow us to delete payments without keeping a recordHer bank statement shows her payments post days or so days after she has paid them hereThat is for banks [redacted] has been continually late with her paymentsI changed her payments for her so she could an extra couple weeks, also made her payments lower than the original contractWe have bent over backwards for ***, she has been making her payments later and later each month getting farther and farther behindWe do not REPO vehicle for one missed car payment, so the partial payment that added to another account would NOT have stopped her car from being repossessedI have tried to speak with [redacted] but she starts to scream and hangs up on meAll payments have been made to her account and I could discuss this with her if she would answer my callsDave does not handle the payments and does not deal with the customer accounts, [redacted] thought that she could get her way with Dave by freaking out and yelling and that is why she wants to only speak to him Thank you, Susan H [redacted] GM
