My girlfriend and I moved in here and absolutely fell in loveI mean the apartments are beautiful and the layouts are very uniqueWe weren't too fond of paying $dollars for our dogs to stay here when we were first told it would only be $300, however that's beside the pointBut like all good things, it must come to an end, the love we felt was very short livedThe first of the headaches was the realization that there just isn't enough parking spots for you to always be parked close to your apartmentAnd the office may have the stickers for cars and say that they will tow away cars that are parked without proper tags, but I assure you that is falseIt may not seem like too much of a big deal but it will surely frustrate you beyond what you may imagine when you start battling with your neighbors for parking spotsA few months went by and we adapted to parking in various spots around the complex, including at the office where the visitors are supposed to parkOn one Friday evening I came home to find a letter from the office saying that I had hours to validate the breed of my dogs or we would be evictedI mean a Friday at 6:30pm I was to have papers turned in within hoursNot too much of a time frame seeing how most veterinary clinics aren't always open on the weekendsI still had their adoption papers so I went to the office Saturday morning showing those papers and was told since it wasn't from an actual veterinary office that it didn't prove anythingThankfully Banfield is open on Saturdays and I was able to give their accepted proof of breed of my dogsBut nonetheless it was another headacheNext on the journey is the glory of living in the downstairs apartmentI can't speak for every one of the downstairs apartments but in ours you can hear every step, every cough, every conversation, every thump thump thump imaginable, etcIf you like random loud noises, this one is for youWe called numerous times and complained about the noises that ran well into the night, being woken up at 2:30am, it was god awfulAfter five phone calls to the office it seemed that the noises through out the night had endedUntil the night that it sounded like Sasquatch, what me and my girlfriend had nicknamed this guy, sounded like he was coming through the ceilingMy girlfriend knocks on his door and asks that he please try to be considerate, that we've already complained numerous timesHe responds with "it was for like minutes so you can just relax and stop being immature"I came to the door and said it sounded like he was going to fall into our kitchen, then he proceeds to call me a mother ***, and much moreThe guy was a complete ***Anyway after a few more months he moved apartments, and my girlfriend and I were as happy as we were the day we moved inThen maintenance had to go in and clean everythingSo the am wake up thumps started about a week laterThe crew came in so loudly that my dogs were shaking every minute that they were above usI couldn't watch a movie because I couldn't hear the tv it was so loudFinally when they completed their job, silence againWhat a relief, until they moved in a family with two small children and two dogs in that apartmentI'm not exactly sure who had the great idea of moving them in an upstairs apartment, but it's not exactly ideal, for them or usBut I am happy to announce that sleepless nights are backI mean just last night I laid in bed until midnight before the noises stopped, very poor management if you ask meThe apartments themselves are great, they look beautiful, appliances are new, and I have no complaints with any of thatManagement has been shaken up since we moved in, which there were complaints for days with the old Resident Services Manager, like our rent just randomly increased for no reason, but we handled that very quickly and showed her that she was wrongSo that's our story with BluestoneIt could definitely be better, also I suppose it could be worseBut take it for what it is, we cannot wait to get out of here
