? I am rejecting this response because: ? The truck was towed directly to the dealership, they never needed to use the shift lock button At the dealership because they were able to jump start the vehicle - meaning use of the shift lock button wasn't needed, and the dealership is willing to provide a statement to that accountThe vehicle was not left at the dealership for a "number of days," it was there for one one day, and there was no attempted theftThe tow truck operator used the shift lock button to get the vehicle out of park and into neutral so that he could get the truck onto the tow truck bed, breaking the button and scratching the console in the processIn addition, the button wasn't damaged before the vehicle was towed.? ?
