[redacted] and [redacted] sold their vehicle to Seth Wadley Auto Group on Tuesday, Jan 2nd, The vehicle had a loan balance at Weokie Credit union which we paid off and received the Lien Release from the credit union on Jan 10, at which time we issued a check to the customer for the difference Our policy is that any equity back to the customer will only be paid once we receive a free and clear title for the vehicle

We initially mailed the title to the Buena Park, CA address which was given to us at the time of the transaction Richard called us gave us the new address in Compton, CA We were able to redirect USPS to the new address, but USPS sent the title back to us for non-delivery At which time we overnighted the title via FedEx to the Compton, CA address Please see FedEx Tracking document attached as proof they received and signed for the packet on 12/9/

We have reached an agreement with Mr [redacted] Please see attached!

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 9, 2015/12/01) */ Seth Wadley finally refunded the truckI was not given an explanation as to why the delay, but they did refund the price of the truck in full

The dealership purchased back the Ford Focus at full cost from [redacted] and he bought a Ford Escape on 1/21/217.

Revdex.com:
It took about six weeks to get this matter resolvedThey did finally purchased back to Ford focus and I traded for a Ford EscapeUnfortunately it took
over a week longer than they stated to actually get the Ford focus paid off so it shows as a late payment on my credit history for a vehicle I no longer hadHopefully this can be resolved soon I'm happy with the Escape but this will definitely be the last time I ever buy from Seth WadleyI had also referred a friend to purchase a car from them (before all the confusion started)and the person I sent was told that they would send a referral check to me and my husband for the referral on the car that they bought and of course we never got anythingIt was *** *** and her husband, they purchased a Dodge Charger I'm pretty sure the vehicle they bought had issues and is currently at the dealership for repairs.
Overall I'm just glad it's over! Sincerely,
*** ***

*** *** and *** *** sold their vehicle to Seth Wadley Auto Group on Tuesday, Jan 2nd, 2017. The vehicle had a loan balance at Weokie Credit union which we paid off and received the Lien Release from the credit union on Jan 10, at which time we issued a check to
the customer for the difference. Our policy is that any equity back to the customer will only be paid once we receive a free and clear title for the vehicle

The customer brought the vehicle in March 30, with a concern of grinding noise in front end when brakingUpon inspection it was determined that the front brake pads were worn excessively causing damage to the front brake rotorsThe recommended repair is to replace the rotors and pads on the
frontIt was explained to the customer that brake pads are a wearable item that will require replacement on a regular basis, the time and mileage will vary based on the driving habits of the customerFord warranty will not cover maintenance items as clearly stated on page of the warranty booklet that would have been provided to him during his purchase (attached). The pads are not covered under warranty, and subsequent damage to the rotors as a result of driving with pads completely worn down is also not coveredCustomer refused to pay the diagnosis fee when he took his vehicle and left the dealershipWe would be willing to offer a discount to the customer of ten percent, and there is also an offer from Ford for a rebate towards the purchase of brake pads depending on the timeliness of his acceptance of this offer

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2015/12/01) */
Seth Wadley finally refunded the truckI was not given an explanation as to why the delay, but they did refund the price of the truck in full

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I can't believe at this point with so much trouble they have given me they lied about the wrong address they have send it to. At first, they're not supposed to use usps service for such important docs and should have used Fedex as they finally did for the 2nd time. Yes, mail got sent to the wrong address that I don't even know who that address belongs to and I even aske them where they got that wrong address and they could not even tell me. This is how they are running their businessA lies and lairs. I just can't believe after they have given me so much trouble instead of apologies they decide to liedA Horrible business place that is.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/09) */
The Dodge Ram was purchased by *** *** and finanched through Bank of AmericaAll of the documents indicate *** *** as the customer, not her businessThe Chrysler warranty she purchased was for use on a personal vehicle, it was
not a commerical use warrantyIt is true that Chrysler covered the first repair no knowing the vehicle was used for commerical purposeChrysler Rep came to the dealership to perform an inspection for the second repair and discovered the commercial tag on the vehicle and thus declined coverageChrysler has since cancelled the warranty policy and refunded Ms***The refund is based on the high mileage driven since the purchase
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I clearly communicated the vehicle was purchased for commercial useIt is the dealerships responsibility to sell a warranty that is designed to fit the needs of the customerTwo "commercial" semis were accepted as down payment for the DodgeThe commercial tag was on the truck for the first repair that was coveredI've had nothing but trouble with this truck since the minute it was driven from the dealershipI have asked Seth Wadley to stand behind the truck and product they sold as a reputable dealerThey have not done thisThey have refused to accept any responsibility
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2015/07/31) */
We are working with the customer's attorney on a settlement
