I have been having Dave work on our air conditioner unit now for several yearsHe has continued to make repairs always keeping us informed of all our options along with the long range prospects of each choiceHe allows me to watch his work and ask questions making sure I fully understand and am informed before I make a decisionHe has advised us of upcoming changes to regulations so we could make wiser choices knowing additional changes would be required laterHe is always prompt, courteous, and quick to respond
