I am rejecting this response because:
The check that he mailed me came back NSFI had to pay another $in fee for refunds on the check to the bankTalked to Dave and he said he would give me a call the next morning when he was at the officeHe hasn't called. Thanks,*** ***

The HMS warranty claim was never our responsibility to handleThe homeowner was supposed to handle this claim on his ownUpon contacting HMS, they are insistent that I fabricate numbers to meet their criteria for reimbursementThey insist that I break down my prices to labor and materials, which
we do not doI have agreed to draft such a number per my conversation with HMS on 6-3-The rebate testing was scheduled and then cancelled by the customerOur office will contact the customer to reschedule thisI will have all documents to the customer by 6-15-

On April 2, we were contacted by Mr *** requesting warranty repair on his furnaceWe informed him after April 1st we no longer have emergency services but we would send someone outWe informed him that a service call of $would be appliedUpon inspection of service it was determined
there was an issue with gas supplyWe asked Mr*** if he had gas to the house he said yesWe then checked his water heaterMr*** said " Yes I have hot water so the gas must be on"We returned to the gas return, no gas was coming thru as per procedureWe tapped on the gas valve and the solnd was engaging, so we could determine nothing from thatHe instisted the gas was turned on which determined the gas valve was defectiveWe returned Sunday April 3rd, to replace part with new part being charged $for return tripMr*** Agreed, he informed us it was on and workingSince we confirmed through him that the gas was on we assumed as the home owner Mr*** would know the status of own utilitiesWe Agreed to partial refund to customer
