To *** Roots: We met on FridayJuly 22, You recorded our meeting and I need you to submit to me a written document as recorded from that meetingI have not heard one word from you since our meeting and I am extremely tired of your lip service with no actionI am very disappointed with the results of my expensive yard remodelThe lawn is horrible! The drip system is not functioning as it should beI have many plants that have died and many more are extremely stressed and unhealthyAdditionally, nothing has been done to cure the drip system pipe noiseNew issue, several of the boards for the grow boxes are warping.The lawnas per contract, was to be BermudaAt lawn installation date, no Bermuda was available so you installed fescueI have been watering the lawn as per your requestI have watered the lawn one hour and ten minutes per day for days since July 22ndThe lawn has not improved very muchAs of today, I am no longer putting good water after bad lawn. I request that you replace the fescue lawn with Bermuda Tifway II in October of this year. Additionally, the overspray from the lawn sprinklers has killed one very nice Berginia.Regarding the drip system, to date I have eight plants that are dead or nearly deadThe drip system is not working as it shouldI expect it to be fixedI expect the pipe noise to be curedI expect you to replace all dead/nearly dead plantsThe total so far is eight plants in the drip system, one Berginia, and five Candy tufts from the front yard which were not planted correctly. ***, you have already lost at least five referrals from my jobFriends ask for your name and I just say 'you don't want get involved with him'I have been waiting for you to make good on your 'one year warranty' and 'good customer service'At this point I am am ready to write my honest appraisal for your work on Yelp and Home AdvisorIf necessary I will file a claim in small claims court.Again, I was promised a drought tolerant, low maintenance yardI expect you to meet those goals.Thank you.*** ** ***

Customers water system with noise was a pre-existing issueHer current system is connected to her plumbing, and causing all the noiseI explained to her that a new water system needed to be installed underground in order to remove the noiseI even quoted her a total of $to complete the
work. On the Bermuda sod, we were given the ok to install the lawn from her architect who was the middle man for this jobHe ok'd for us to install the lawn, she would need to contact him regarding the Bermuda SodWe just did what we were told. The plants, along with the bermuda sod again were given the ok by the architectHe purchased the plants, and told us how they should be plantedWe were just following ordersThis would be another issue she would need to bring up with him. As for the drip system, countless times I have told the consumer to not touch the drop system, the times have been set to where everything is watered correctlyshe just keeps touching and changing the times. To help resolve this complaint, I am willing to go back to her house and remove the reducer in the drip system to reduce the water pressureAlso, I will replace the sprinkler nozzles in the backyard, so they are easier to understandBut, the pipework can be done for her at the quoted price.
