Mr*** is correct that HVAC was purchase on March we did go back and connect sunroom vent and replace the floor insulationThe warranty is on the actual HVAC equipment not the duct workIt has been and half yearsDuct work and insulation is warranted for year from date of
installationWe have been very busy and running behind we will be glad to come and take a look at the sunroom ventWe can repair the two vents upstairs but they will not be under warrantyMr*** can call *** *** at 864-*** to set a time to come out and repair. *** ***864--***

MS*** HAS A PROPOSAL SHOWING A TON UNIT BUT THE SHOWN AS A MINUS IS THE DIFFERANCE OF GOING FROM A FIVE TON TO FOUR TONSHE PAID FOR A TON UNITTHE DUCT WORK SHR IS REFERING TO IS FOR CONNECTING FROM THE UINT TO HER PACKAGE HEAT PUMP TO HER EXISTING DUCT IN HER HOMEI HAVE ATTACHED THE PROPSAL AND COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH SHOW THAT SHE PAID FOR A TON UNIT. SHE HAS STATED THAT THE SYSTEM HAS NOT WORKED FROM TIME WE INSTALLED THEM WHY DID SHE NOT CALL US SO WE COULD COME OUT AND REPAIR, INSTEAD OF GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO LOOK AT IT AND SAY IT WAS INSTALLED WRONGSEEMS THAT THE OTHE HVAC (MASTER TECKNICION) WOULD HAS FIXED ITWE WILL STILL COME OUT AND REPAIR SYSTEM BUT AT SAME TIME WE ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE TELLING US WHAT WE DID WRONG AND THAT WE ARE A SORRY COMPANYSHE JUST NEEDS TO CALL *** *** AT 864-***-*** AND SET A TIME THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHAS TO REFUNDING HER THE THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.IT SEEM THAT SHE HAS GOTTEN THINGS CONFFUSED WE WILL BE WAITING FOR HER CALL TO SET A TIME TO COME OUT AND FIX THE SYSTEMIT IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR PARTS ONLY NO LABOR. Yes, I did just see the email from Air Command todayDid you receive the papers that I faxed you? If so, it is obvious that what Air Command is claiming is falseThe paper from Air Command was initialed by their installer and clearly stated that I paid for a ton unitAlso, in the email they claim that they did not install a ton unit due to the duct work in my home not working with the ton unitHowever, the paper clearly shows where I was charged for duct workThey cannot repair the unit, the unit is too small for my homeIf the ton unit was sufficient for my home I would not be having these problemsBottom line is that I paid for a ton unit and received a ton unit, which is too small for my homeThe only way this will be resolved with Air Command is if they give me a full refund plus any additional costs to get a unit installed during peak seasonAlso, can I see documentation from Air Command that shows where I signed for the unit?Regards,

Tell us why We did install a ton unit on April this was after we had discussed with Ms *** that a ton unit would not work in her double wide home due to the duct work that was installed at factoryThe price was adjusted to reflect a ton unit.We had not been in contact with Ms
*** since that time and when we left her house the unit was blowing air out all ventsIf there were a problem it would seem that she would have called us to inspect unit and fix any problems not someone elseWhen she did contact us all we could here was how bad we were as heating and air companyWhen we agreed to go and fix Ms *** unitShe said someone would be there to let us inWe then got a phone call from this *** guy telling us how bad we were and that he was going to tells how to fix itAt this point we decided not to go as it would be an argument and nothing would be accomplishedWe call her uncle Mr*** and explained why we were not going he said he understood.We received a phone call from Ms *** telling us that we were crooks and that she was get an attorney at this point told her to do whatever she felt she need to doWe do not feel we need to refund her money as it has been over a year and we surely not going to have someone else to put in a ton unit.We still will go and look at her unit but we are not going to go and have to listen to someone tell us how to repair itThe bestAir Command Heating & Air864-***-***
