If so, it is obvious that what Air Command is claiming is falseThe paper from Air Command was initialed by their installer and clearly stated that I paid for a ton unitAlso, in the email they claim that they did not install a ton unit due to the duct work in my home not working with the ton unitHowever, the paper clearly shows where I was charged for duct workThey cannot repair the unit, the unit is too small for my homeIf the ton unit was sufficient for my home I would not be having these problemsBottom line is that I paid for a ton unit and received a ton unit, which is too small for my homeThe only way this will be resolved with Air Command is if they give me a full refund plus any additional costs to get a unit installed during peak seasonAlso, can I see documentation from Air Command that shows where I signed for the unit?Regards, [redacted]
