I contacted the *** and they instructed me to have Wonder Waist to file a claimThe claim could only be filed by Wonder WaistI reached out to a Wonder Waist representative and explained my situationHe/She asked if I had received my tracking informationI replied confirming I had received the tracking informationAlthough, this may have been a *** issue, Wonder Waist could have took the time to help me resolve the issueThey had their money so they didn't care! To this day, I have not received a reply from Wonder Waist! They didn't file a claim, resend the product, or refund my money! Total scam! I lost my money and I still don't have a waist trainer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Poor customer service! I'll never order from them again! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
