customer was asked if he was using the snow thrower that he purchased from *** *** his response was no he wants it put away I told him we were working on lawn equipment right now and we should have refused the unit when he should up with it his unit was fixed and he did get his unit back he said
something about being in a bad mood because his truck got stolen and I said it was not our fault hust for a side not I do not have to work on a single unit that comes from *** *** *** *** tells there customers I do but I do not deserve to be yelled at because of a person who bought a unit from a box store and who is in a bad mode I did not get a dime from *** *** selling the unit and I was basicly doing him a faver by fixing it for him I will be calling *** *** to tell them they are not allowed to use my shop to push thier problems to because in the long run this is what happens its a snow blower in april! not a priority my customers from my store are my main priority for lawn equipment in april thank you! o and im pritty sure *** *** or *** was not yelled at or writen up on Revdex.com for selling a unit with a leaking gear box or selling a unit with out a service shop in place to repair their sold units

First off when I brought the snow blower for warranty service he agreed that it was under warranty for more time than when it was originally bought I DID NOT say I wanted it put away I said I needed it fixed before I put it away This was March 19th and it snowed after that time He NEVER said he was working on lawn mowers When I went back, I was told that they were working on it He lied He lied times saying that I would get it back either later that day or the next He is an *** authorized dealer It makes no difference where I purchased the product I could have bought it in Montana and he should still cover warranty work Yes, I was a little hot under the collar when I went to find out why it was taking so long after it being promised times How many times does he have to lie to me about it? I even called *** in Wisconsin to see if they could help in which they did This individual is definitely a businessman that anyone should deal with Online reviews on the business are not good His answer to the Revdex.com is riddled with spelling errors I finally got the snow blower back after months of lies As far as I'm concerned he can continue to treat people like dirt but he will never see me again Extremely poor business practices If he keeps this attitude up, he'll lose more business That's his problem, not mine

There is not returns on used equipment or serialized equipment that was used I will level his mower deck under the *** warranty for him he need to bring the unit in and I can do that its not a lemon or defective

I can talk to you to discuss this matter but this customer lied times in his statement He never said to level the deck that is already done with out being asked He called on wed June 15 afternoon to ask if we had the unit and if it could be ready for sat pick up
witch it was ready he asked for the bagger and mulching kit he said he was using the bagger we can not install them both at the same time there for the mulching kit was given to him in box however it was the incorrect kit that was my fault however sat morning *** drove to the *** ma store and picked up the correct mulching kit and it was installed for him in a timely manner Serialized power equipment is not returnable it is stated on his invoice the unit is in used condition warranty will apply the customer is more than welcome to change his rude attitude and have his deck looked at by one of my stores in *** ma or *** RII will also ad that he did not call on Sunday June and speak to any one we are closed The warranty coverage is for years and if the deck came out of adjustment I would readjust unit for him however if something was hit in the yard with the unit it would not be warranty
