Regarding this complaint: The business owner called me a few days after this complaint was filed He made no mention of hearing from the Revdex.com but stressed that he wanted to make me happy He finally listened to my concerns about the repair job that was done, and said he would come
by and cut a seam where I had indicated there was a space filled in at the bottom of the stairs The owner, Dave, also said that we should give the area time to cure, through the winter, and that if I am still dissatisfied in the spring, to contact him and he would cut away inches across of the entire section, and fill it in instead with stone work that matches the stairs I asked him why he was unable to duplicate the pattern of the imprinted sidewalk with hand tools but never got a clear answer I will wait the winter however it is my intention to contact him this spring *** ***
