I have had the same issue with this company After cancelling several times, they continue to send product and bill our credit card I did call our credit card company and they are cancelling any future payment This company is clearly criminal in it's behavior - but dealing with amounts of money where it is not worth engaging a lawyer If I had unlimited money and time, I would go after them in court They are beneath contempt

I ordered a trial of their product (PurEternal Anti Aging Cream & Daily Revive) and after weeks I called to cancel my trialThree weeks later I received an email notifying me that they were sending another shipment this time I was being charged $I called once again to first see why they were charging me for something that I cancelledAt this point they said they were cancelling my subscriptionTwo days later I received a shipment confirmation email notifying me, once again, of the charge ($188.84)This time when I spoke with them they said no one had cancelledAfter several back and forth communications and still they haven't sent me the confirmation that I requested on the cancellationI've contacted my bank and have held all payment to this companyThis company are thievesStill no resolution to this

We had exactly the same experience as the previous complainer They keep charging us for things we did not order
Their website is intentionally confusing because when you order one product you have to check a box saying you don't want to refuse to not exercise the option to not receive additional products
