Store discounts and/or sales never apply to ticket purchases.THIS PICTURE OF THE CONCERT TICKETS POLICY IS ON TOP OF OUR GLASS COUNTER IN CLEAR VIEW WHERE TICKETS ARE PURCHASEDTHE PIN PAD CAN BE PARTIALLY SEEN ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THIS PHOTOTHIS IS WHERE DEBIT PIN MUST BE ENTEREDANOTHER COPY IS ATTACHED TO OUR CONCERT LISTING IN OUR FRONT DISPLAY WINDOW. This customer was attended to by Michelle who also took his call prior to the ticket purchaseMichelle clearly stated that the tickets would be "$cash or $card per ticket" as these tickets for Southern Culture On The Skids, June 4, have a face value of $The same was repeated when the customer came to purchase the tickets at the counterAfter running his debit card, the amount was questioned and explained a third timeAt this point he expressed his displeasure in paying the service charge and a full refund was offered by means of cancelling the entire transactionThe customer refused and then walked away with the tickets.
