After being a client for several years, and even bought a brand new mower at this place, our mower broke down start of August We took the broken mower to Daves Power Equipment and they would have a look for repairThey called us and told us the repair would be $ 1100,- and may be some extra shipping costs)This quote was not written on paperMower was not even years old!
Mower was repaired and suddenly we had to pay $ 1900.- ( our fault, we never asked for a quote on paper, but it was weird they raised the costs)We found out, the motor was still under warranty ( a *** motor on an ***)Daves Power Equipment not even tried to help us, to have to motor repaired under warranty A really bad after sale for the product they are selling!
