I've purchases two appliances from Dave's, and both had problems The first was fixed the next day (although how they could sell a refrigerator with a broken condenser fan is beyond my understanding), but the latest problem (a broken fabric softener dispenser on a washer) is not a priority with themThe washer was delivered this morning, and I've already called twice to have it looked at The first man was sympathetic and assured me it would be looked at When I called back hours later for an ETA, I was met with a condescending attitude, a lecture about the relative importance of fabric softener in a laundry routine, and ultimately hung up on mid-sentenceIn addition, I was assured the disgusting drain-hair in the fabric softener cup would be cleaned before delivery ...It was notI was told they "may" get around to finding the time to drive out to me and look at my washer tomorrow If not, I will be filing a formal complaintI'm still in shock over just how completely unprofessional the whole operation is How are they still in business?!
