Good Morning, this is the manager *** *** and this gentlemen spoke with my Front Desk and informed her that he thought he had bed bugs .However we did inform him that we had our vendor who we will call to come out and inspect the room to determine whether are not if the room
had a issue wit bed bugs and we would go from thereWe have no problem with refunding a guest there money if that be the issue we just have to go through the process to make sure we are handling the issue properly and fairlyThe company we have that comes out is *** and a service call was put in and they are at the property today to inspectHowever the gentlemen was aware of the circumstances and did not want to wait until *** showed up
